The first step to getting your child into school in Devon is to find your local school.  You then need to apply to admissions for place in the school you want your child to join- you’ll find out everything you need to know here

EMA (Ethnic Minority Achievement service) provides support and advice for children who speak English as an additional language. 

DISC (Devon’s Family Information Directory) is the main source of useful information for parents and carers of 0-19 year olds, including registered childcare and other services and support for children, young people and parents in Devon. 

 

Devon Consortium Traveller Education Service offers advice and support to schools on issues relating to the inclusion of Gypsy, Roma and Traveller children.  

The Devon Safeguarding children website provides information about keeping children safe to parents and carers, children and young people, and professionals who work with them.
